Section 01
Our commitment
driveKamruls wants everyone to be able to access information, enquire, book lessons, manage an account, and complete learner activities without unnecessary barriers.
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a practical benchmark and to make reasonable adjustments where needed.
Section 02
What we are working to support
- Keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator
- Clear headings, labels, instructions, and validation messages
- Sufficient colour contrast in light and dark themes
- Responsive layouts that work with zoom and smaller screens
- Text alternatives for meaningful images
- Captions, descriptions, or alternatives for important media where available
- Semantic controls that work with modern screen readers
- Reduced reliance on colour alone to communicate status
Section 03
Known limitations
Some older uploaded media, third-party payment interfaces, maps, or externally hosted content may not fully meet the same accessibility standard. We continue to review important user journeys and prioritise fixes that affect access to lessons and account services.
This statement is not a claim that every page has passed a formal independent WCAG audit. We will update it as testing is completed and known issues change.
Section 04
Getting information in another format
If you need information in a different format, such as larger text, a simplified explanation, or help completing a booking, contact us. Tell us what you need and how we should reply, and we will respond as reasonably as we can.
Section 05
Reporting an accessibility problem
Please contact us if you find an accessibility issue. Include the page or feature, what you were trying to do, the device or assistive technology used where relevant, and the format or adjustment that would help.
We welcome feedback and will investigate reported barriers. The effective date above identifies the latest review of this statement.
