How we use information
We use personal information to provide and administer lessons, manage accounts and bookings, allocate instructors, process payments, communicate service updates, support learners, maintain safety and security, resolve disputes, improve our services, and meet legal obligations.
Our lawful basis will depend on the activity. It may include performing a contract, taking steps before entering a contract, complying with a legal obligation, pursuing legitimate interests such as service security and administration, or consent where the law requires it.
Section 04
Sharing information
We share information only where reasonably necessary. Recipients may include assigned instructors, website hosting and database providers, email and media services, payment processors, professional advisers, insurers, and public authorities where disclosure is legally required.
Service providers may only use information for the services they provide to us and must protect it appropriately. If information is transferred outside the UK, we use an appropriate legal safeguard where required.
Section 05
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose collected, including lesson administration, safeguarding, accounting, tax, insurance, dispute handling, and legal requirements. Retention periods vary by record type and are reviewed periodically.
We use proportionate organisational and technical safeguards. No online system is completely secure, so please use a strong password and contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Section 06
Your data protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to the use of your information, and to receive certain information in a portable format. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting earlier processing.
You can make a request through our contact page. We may need to verify your identity. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
