These terms apply to the driveKamruls website, accounts, bookings, payments, lesson packages, and driving tuition services. By booking or using a service, you agree to the version presented at that time.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.

You must provide complete and accurate information and be legally entitled to take the lesson booked. You are responsible for holding any required licence, following eyesight and legal driving requirements, and telling us about any condition or circumstance that may affect safe tuition.

You must attend fit to drive and must not be affected by alcohol, illegal drugs, or medication that makes driving unsafe. An instructor may refuse or stop a lesson where continuing would be unsafe or unlawful.

A booking is subject to instructor, vehicle, location, and time availability. A displayed time is not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed. Please check the lesson type, pickup details, date, duration, price, and payment status in your confirmation.

We may reasonably change the instructor or vehicle. If we need to materially change or cancel a lesson, we will contact you and offer an appropriate alternative or remedy.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. You must pay using an available payment method by the deadline shown during booking. Online payments are handled by our payment provider; separate provider terms may apply to payment processing.

Packages and credits are personal to the learner unless we agree otherwise. Any expiry date or package-specific condition shown at purchase forms part of these terms.

Use your account or contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Any notice period, charge, credit, or refund applicable to your booking will be shown during booking or communicated before confirmation.

Cancellation charges must be reasonable and reflect the circumstances, including notice given and costs or losses that cannot reasonably be avoided. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights are not affected.

Instruction, progress records, homework, mock tests, and recommendations support learning but do not guarantee a test pass or any particular result. Learners develop at different rates, and an instructor may recommend additional practice before a practical test.

You are responsible for booking the correct official test unless we expressly agree to arrange it. Vehicle use for a test may depend on availability, payment, legal eligibility, and the instructor being satisfied that use is safe.

Keep account credentials confidential and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. Do not misuse the website, interfere with security, upload unlawful or harmful content, impersonate another person, or use another learner's account without authority.

We provide services with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss caused by information you provide incorrectly, events outside reasonable control, or failure to follow lawful safety instructions.

We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory consumer rights.

Website text, branding, graphics, videos, and learning materials belong to driveKamruls or their respective licensors. You may use them for personal learning and booking purposes, but must not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission.

Our privacy and cookie pages explain how personal information and device technologies are handled. These terms are governed by the applicable law of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply where they live.
